Type C: Single-room with 1 beds & a small pentry. (Toilet & shower outside the room)

Type B: One-room apartment, 20 m2 with Pentry, dining table with 2 chairs, 2 beds, toilet/shower/washing machine.

Type A: Large one-room apartment, 36 m2, 2 beds, large kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs, writing table and chair, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet/shower and washing-machine.
- Type A-Premium: Two-room apartment, 55 m2, 2-4 beds, living-room and large kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs, writing table and chair. bedroom with 2 beds, toilet/shower and washing-machine. Balcon with view over canal.
| The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils. There is Cable TV in all apartments. There is a bathroom with shower in all apartments. Wireless internet access are found in all apartments. Some apartments have washing machines. Weekly cleaning and changing of bedclothes and towels are included in the price. |
